Polish Christmas.
A Mediterranean gathering.
Sinfonietta Polonica invites partners to co-organise a Christmas concert in Alanya. Polish carols and winter classics meet an international audience in an intimate, festive setting.

02 · Carols from Poland
Approximately 30–35 minutes of carols and Christmas songs with soloists.
03 · Christmas across borders
Approximately 15–20 minutes of music and a shared singalong. Brief introductions are included in the overall duration.
The programme and timings are proposed for discussion. The date, venue and partner participation will be confirmed with the organiser.
CONCERT FORMATS
An intimate ensemble. A complete story.
We recommend 8 instrumentalists: string quartet, double bass, flute, French horn and piano, plus a conductor and 2 vocal soloists — 11 people in total. Instrumentation and arrangements will be adapted to the chosen programme. A local choir may join by separate agreement and rehearsal.
Chamber
45–60 minutes · 5–8 instrumentalists, conductor and 1 soloist. For an intimate venue or festive gathering.
Christmas concert
60–75 minutes · the recommended 11-person touring party. A balance of tradition, classics and a shared finale.
Gala
75–90 minutes · 16–30 instrumentalists, conductor and soloists; optional choir. For a larger hall and production.
Introductions in Polish and English. Turkish-language presentation can be arranged with a local partner. Carol languages are agreed with the soloists.
FROM ARRIVAL TO FINALE
Thoughtful organisation.
An outline touring plan, adapted to travel connections, venue access and the number of performances.
Before departure
Agree the repertoire, ensemble, arrangements, venue and technical requirements, with clear responsibilities for both partners.
Arrival day
Flights, instrument transport and transfers to Alanya. Arrival at least one day before the concert is recommended.
Concert day
Venue access, ensemble setup, soundcheck and concert following the agreed schedule.
Return day
Transfers and return travel. Two concerts may be planned within a single trip.
Local production requirements
- An indoor venue or covered stage, dressing rooms and secure instrument storage.
- A tuned piano or agreed keyboard, armless chairs and music stands.
- Appropriate vocal and instrumental sound reinforcement, monitors and stage lighting.
- Accommodation, meals, local transfers and instrument transport according to the agreed plan.
A detailed technical rider follows selection of the ensemble and venue.
COLLABORATION TERMS
A clear touring quote.
A bespoke quote in EUR follows confirmation of the proposed date, venue, format and number of performances. The budget will separate artistic fees and preparation, travel with instruments, accommodation and local production. Included services and organiser responsibilities will be clearly stated.

Dates are reserved after acceptance of the proposal and agreed contractual terms. This is a concert proposal, not an announcement of a confirmed event.
